Student Service Statement Letter (SSSL)

I wrote this letter when my absence quota on campus had run out, so that according to the academic procedures, I was required to make a statement letter explaining the reasons for my absence on the relevant date.

The reasons in the statement letter must be logical and acceptable to common sense, besides that it must also have integrity value, meaning there must be a signature or ratification or legalization from an agency or from people who can be held responsible.
