Clear Chrome DNS Cache (CCDC)

Google Chrome also keeps its own DNS cache, separate from the DNS cache kept by your operating system.

If you use Google Chrome as your primary browser, you will also need to clear Chrome's DNS cache.

chrome://net-internals/#dns

This will load Chrome's clean internal settings page. From here you need to click the 'Clear host cache' button, and Chrome will clear its DNS cache.

Now keep in mind that DNS cache is separate from browser cache. Your browser stores a lot of website data in a temporary cache to load pages quickly on subsequent visits.

If you’re having trouble viewing the page you updated but can’t see your changes, then you may want to clear your browser cache. We have a step-by-step guide on how to clear your browser cache in all major browsers that you can follow.
