If you are a programmer, sorry this article is not for you, because you can make a website, let alone just making code snippets / highlighters like this.
However, for those of you who are not basically programmers, don't worry! Here is a solution that you might be able to apply.
Use hilite.me Tools
hilite.me converts your code snippets into a beautifully rendered HTML format, easily embeddable into blog posts, emails, and websites.
You simply copy the source code into the left panel, select a language and color scheme, and click "Highlight!". The HTML from the right panel can now be pasted into your blog or email, no external CSS or Javascript files required.
You can also see a preview of it in the bottom bar.
