Central Automatic Step by Step 7 Digit
Telephone comes from Greek, Tele = Far and Phone = sound, Telephone is a conversion of voice signals into audio electrical signals, ISO signals are transmitted through electrical transmission and finally converted back into voice signals at the receiving end. Electronic telephones are equipped with a Dialer circuit, tone ringer, speech network and head set.
Dialer
It is part of a telephone circuit that functions to connect the telephone to the central telephone or PABX, so that the central telephone can find out the telephone number to be called, the dialing method can be divided into 2, namely: using decodic pulses and using DTMF, (Dual Tone Multy Frequency) or tone pairs from the addition of frequencies.
Tone Ringer (Call Detector)
It is a part of the telephone that functions to detect the call current (ringer current) from the central so that the central can communicate with the telephone, if the central wants to connect the telephone to the opponent, then the central sends a signal in the form of an alternating current of 50-60 Hz with a voltage of between 40 - 90 Volts to the opponent's telephone, so that the opponent's bell will ring and the tool to detect the bell current on an electronic telephone usually uses PIEZOELECTRIC and BUZZER.
Speech Network (speech network)
It is a circuit that functions to change the sound signal into an electrical signal on the microphone and change the electrical signal into a sound signal on the speaker. This circuit has a balanced network or anti-side tone system to prevent sound from the microphone from entering the same telephone speaker.
Handset (telephone receiver)
It is a part of the telephone that functions as a place for the microphone for speaking and a place for the speaker for listening. There is also a hook switch installed there which functions to activate/deactivate.
