After our GETER Team finished filling our stomachs, we continued our journey to Kuta Beach in Bali. We passed through a deeply emotional route, Jalan Legian, the location of the Bali Bombings 1 and 2. At that moment, we hoped for God to guide us on our journey.
Kuta Beach is most famous for its beautiful and alluring waves, which sparked my urge to go surfing. I spent a total of around Rp. 300,000 to rent a surfboard, which included a trainer. I added Rp. 20,000 for two medium-sized bottles of drinking water.
As the sun climbed higher, the view became more captivating. Many tourists, feeling the heat, were not shy about shedding some of their clothing, which made it hard for me to stay focused on learning to surf.
