Who would have thought a little sweet lobbying could create such a rare moment each year? Working in a semiconductor company in Batam with a shift system—normal, morning, and night—doesn’t allow much opportunity to enjoy time together with colleagues from the same department.
To cut a long story short, one person—let's call him Mr. Hero—skillfully lobbied all the way to the company directors, and it finally paid off. The idea of a picnic with the whole Test Department family was realized.
Spontaneously, a front-line committee was formed to survey the location, make reservations, and prepare everything, including event planning, equipment, and documentation teams. I didn’t expect to become part of the front-line committee.
So, here we are, the Test Department, exhausted from the monotonous activities in the semiconductor factory, wanting to relax a little with the Test Mania extended family (the Test Department) All Groups (normal, morning, and night shifts).
So, we had a great time at Kampung Melayu Beach, Batu Besar, Nongsa District, Batam City, Riau Islands 29466.
