Gili Trawangan Beach in Lombok is located off the northwest coast of Lombok, Indonesia. There are three small islands with white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, coral reefs filled with colorful fish, and giant sea turtles. No motor vehicles are allowed, so people get around by walking, renting bicycles, or hiring a horse-drawn carriage known locally as "cimodo." The name "cimodo" means "without motor/engine," relying instead on horse power.
We spent two days on Gili Trawangan, where there were plenty of beautiful girls, though we could only admire them from a distance (single life, haha!). Being at Gili's beach felt like truly being ourselves, relaxing and enjoying the gentle breeze, crystal-clear coastline, and warm welcome of the friendly locals. The highlight we eagerly awaited was the sunset, offering a unique and unforgettable panorama. If you've been to Bali, don't miss a visit to its neighboring island, Gili Trawangan in Lombok.
